Ideas from everyone, credit where it's due
A program I designed to change how a company treats ideas: anyone can contribute, every idea is judged on its merits, and the people behind the best ones are credited and rewarded.
- 01ideas from every team
- 02judged blind, names hidden
- 03who did what, open to all
- 04credit to the people
Good ideas got lost on the way to the people who could act on them, and the effort behind them often went unnoticed.
When nobody hears back and someone else gets the credit, people stop speaking up. That is a culture problem, not a tooling problem.
I designed a program that changes how the company treats ideas, built on five commitments: agency, ownership, recognition, accountability and transparency.
Anyone can put an idea forward. AI agents give each idea a first score with the names hidden, and people make every decision on selection, recognition and rewards. An open record shows who contributed what, so the credit goes to the right people.
5 steps.
Anyone, in any team, puts an idea forward.
Ideas are scored with the names hidden.
People choose which ideas go ahead.
Everyone can see who contributed what.
The best ideas are funded and the people behind them rewarded.
Leadership has approved it.
No results yet. The pilot starts in January 2027.
Let's talk.
Solving bigger problems, or more meaningful ones, is always exciting.
